I've drawn Obama many times as you can see. He is always on tv or the net so its easy to want to draw him different then before, other artist im sure would agree, maybe. Even though this is simple, i just keep trien to find out what is so unique about him and his face. Still haven't come up with what i want but more sketches should find what im looking for, an extreme way of how i see him.

just did a lil doodle using a calligraphy pen. Its very difficult on the paper i was using. Need more practice with this pen, but satisfied for it bein my first drawing with a calligraphy.

This is my very first attempt at an acrylic caricature done last year in 2007. Acrylic is very tough for me because it tends to dry so quick but I'm still enjoyin this. I just decided to post this now, it makes me smile, maybe it will for you i don't know. Anyway i hope to keep pushin further.

4 colors

I wanted to try somethin that i always thought was easy which was to make caricatures exaggerated yet simple. Its not the most exciting thing to me as a caricaturist to do this, cut corners even in the color, but it still can be some what of a challenge. I felt if i was going to try this i would try to make it mean something also so it wouldn't be so simple. I call this "4 Colors" . And if you can't tell, these are all presidents. Bush of America, Chaves of Venezuela, Ahmadnejad of Iran, and Mbeki of South Africa.A Fun little project, Maybe not my style though, I enjoy more depth, fun, and craziness. I'm also not sayin anything about people who do do simplcatures, cause some people are amazing at what they do, i guess its just not that appealing to me. Anyways, i hope everyone injoys these works.
